Our approach

We know Bodrum by its details, not its crowds.

Our collection is deliberately small. We walk through every villa, verify every permit and show every price in full — down to the bougainvillea's shade, the hour the pool catches the sun and the cove you see from the terrace.

A day in Bodrum

Time here is set by the sun

  1. 07:30

    Morning in Gümüşlük

First coffee on the terrace as the fishing boats come home; the sea still flat as glass.

  2. 10:00

    Out to the coves

A skippered boat to Karaada's warm-water cave or a quiet bay along the coast.

  3. 13:30

    Lunch in the shade

Olive-oil dishes among Bitez's mandarin groves, then a long nap by the pool.

  4. 19:30

    Sunset

The sun drops behind Rabbit Island in Gümüşlük; tables right at the water's edge.

  5. 22:00

    Marina lights

An evening stroll between the yachts of Yalıkavak, or a cocktail facing the castle.

The peninsula

Six villages, six Bodrums

The polish of Yalıkavak, the fishing-village calm of Gümüşlük, Bitez's mandarin groves, Türkbükü's jetties… Every cove on the peninsula tells a different story.

Questions

Before you book

Browse villas
Who operates the bookings?

Bookings are processed by go4villa, a licensed villa rental platform. Bodrum Villa Escape is its dedicated Bodrum collection; you pay the same price as on go4villa.

Are the villas licensed?

Short-term rentals in Türkiye require a Ministry of Culture and Tourism permit. The permit number is displayed on every villa page; verified permits are marked.

How much do I pay up front?

Usually a prepayment (typically 30–40%) secures the booking and the balance is paid before or on arrival. The exact split, deposit and cleaning fee are shown on each villa.

When is the best time for Bodrum?

The sea season runs from late May to mid-October. July and August are the warmest and busiest; June and September offer warm water with lower prices.

How far is the airport?

Milas-Bodrum Airport (BJV) is about 35 km from Bodrum town (≈40 minutes). Western villages such as Yalıkavak, Gümüşlük and Turgutreis are around one hour away.

What is the cancellation policy?

Each villa has its own policy (flexible, moderate or strict), shown on the villa page before you book.
